Pulkovo Apartment

This one-bedroom apartment was designed for a single resident, with a primary focus on creating a functional and thoughtfully organized interior. The design process began with careful space planning to accommodate all essential areas and make the most efficient use of the available space. The main living area combines the kitchen, a compact dining area, and the living room into one open and connected space. A key design feature is the TV wall with a floating custom-designed TV stand that seamlessly extends into an integrated office desk, creating a multifunctional solution that supports the resident’s everyday needs. The overall design follows a minimalist approach, with a cohesive and restrained palette carried throughout the apartment. Clean lines and carefully selected materials create a contemporary aesthetic. Warm details and finishes bring a sense of comfort and coziness to the space.
